Six Elements of a Tree (2022)

Commissioned by the Cane Trio. Premiered at the Israel Music Fest 2022.

The piece consists of six miniatures. Each section corresponding to a different part of the tree: roots, trunk, branches, leaves, and flowers. The concluding section is called "Shuv" (Again), and unlike the others, it does not refer to a physical part of the tree but rather to the principle of the cycle of life.
